US Delivery Address
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 3pm EST, normally ship out from our warehouse the next business day (holidays excluded), pending product availability. All orders placed Friday after 12PM EST, as well as on Saturday or Sunday, will normally ship out on Monday.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you've not shopped with us before, we suggest that you check your junk/spam folders first and to make sure LIFE-O Products is on your safe senders list. Also check to ensure that you placed your order using the right email address. You can view this in your "My Account" section once you’re logged in and update if required.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER REDIRECTED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we’re no longer able to change the address that your order is being sent to. We also recommend that all of our customers keep their LIFE-O Products account details and address book up to date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We are only able to ship within the US to the 48 contiguous states. In addition, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
We ship using USPS only. All postal services are "Authority To Leave" by default and will be left in a safe place OR taken to a post office if unsuitable to be left unattended.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PO BOX OR PARCEL LOCKER?
We are only able to ship within the US to the 48 contiguous states. In addition, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO MY WORK ADDRESS?
We can deliver to your work address, you'll just need to make sure someone is available to receive the parcel.
ORDER INFORMATION
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?
LIFE-O Products does not accept returns, or changes to orders that have already shipped. Our warehouse team prepares and dispatches orders very quickly to meet our shipping cut-off times. However, if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with your order number and we will accommodate as quickly as possible. Typically, orders placed before 3pm can be changed before 3pm the same day. Orders placed after 3pm can be changed until 10AM the following business day.
I'M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
We take great care when packing your items but things may go awry from time to time. If your order is missing an item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the missing item's name. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
I HAVE THE WRONG ITEM OR A FAULTY ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
If you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of what went wrong. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal and Afterpay. If you are trying to use a discount code, please enter it into the Discount field on the Checkout page, and press 'Apply'.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
If your card is authorized, payment will immediately be taken from your account and you will receive an order confirmation email. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken.
IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND FOR AFTERPAY?
Yes, we have a minimum spend of $40 for any order using Afterpay.
ARE MY DETAILS SAFE WHEN ORDERING WITH LIFE-O PRODUCTS?
Yes! Our site is built upon the secure Shopify platform that offers best-in-class security that is regularly updated to counter any new online threats. We do not store any credit card details on our site, so your information is always secure.

CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN AN ITEM WILL BE BACK IN STOCK?
You can find the ETA of a particular product on the product detail page near the 'Add to Cart' button. These dates are subject to change and should be used only as an estimation.
DO YOU HAVE ANY PHYSICAL STORES THAT I CAN VISIT?
We do not have any physical LIFE-O Product stores. However, you can visit our WHERE TO BUY page and you can find a list of brick and mortar retailers near you simply by putting in your zip code.
HOW DO I KNOW I AM BUYING THE GENUINE PRODUCT?
LIFE-O Products manufactures its products in the USA. LIFE-O Products are only distributed to authorized retailers. If you have any questions or concerns about the origination of any LIFE-O Product please contact us directly for assitance.
DO YOU OFFER ANYTHING FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS?

TECHNICAL
I CAN'T SIGN INTO MY ACCOUNT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Make sure you are using the same email address and password that you registered with. Forgotten passwords can be rest by clicking on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link on the log in page. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password. If you're still having issues, please get in touch with our customer service team.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT EMAIL ADDRESS?
Please contact us, and include your old email address as well as the new email address. One of our team members will update this for you right asap and will then get in touch.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH LIFE-O PRODUCTS?
Firstly, you need to browse the website and find the items that you’re after. Once you've got the item page open, click the 'Add to Cart' button. Once you've found everything you're looking for, you can pay for your order and checkout.
Click on the Shopping Cart in the top right hand corner of the screen and then click the ‘Checkout’ button. On the Checkout section, you'll see an order summary of what you'll be receiving from LIFE-O Products. Under this is our discount code section which you can enter any coupon or voucher codes that you might have -- click ‘Apply’ to apply the discount.
On the left, fill in the delivery address for your order. Please choose carefully as the delivery option you choose cannot be amended at a later date.
The next screen will allow you to choose from the available delivery methods, including costs.
The final stage of the checkout is the payment section. Select the payment method you'd like to use and fill in the relevant details. You'll also need to enter a billing address if it is different to the delivery address.
When you're ready to place your order click on the 'Complete Order' button. Once you've placed your order, you'll be taken to a confirmation page. You'll also receive a confirmation order email to your registered LIFE-O Products email address giving you all the details of your order.
