RETURNS & REFUNDS OVERVIEW
Our business hours for responding to inquiries are Monday-Friday 9am – 4pm EST, holidays excluded.
SECTION 1 - RETURNS
LIFE-O Products does not accept returns, or changes to orders that have already shipped, but if there is an issue with your order please contact us via email at LIFE-O Products Support or over the phone 844-833-9663.
SECTION 2 - MISSING, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We take great care when packing your items but things may go awry from time to time. Please inspect your order upon reception and if your order has missing, incorrect or damaged items, immediately contact our customer service team with your your order number, contact information and photos documenting possible damages (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your issue is resolved.

SECTION 3- RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If we determine that a return is necessary, we’ll send you shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
SECTION 4 - REFUND REVIEW
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SECTION 5 - REFUND TIME FRAME
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at LIFE-O Products Support.
